What to Expect

What are your weekend services like?
Each weekend at Auburn Fellowship you'll find a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music. You will hear a message based on the timeless scriptures of the Holy Bible that contain the life-transforming power of God. Our messages come with a relevant and practical - “hear it on Sunday, use it on Monday” guarantee. Children are well-cared for in a loving nursery and preschool,  and first through fifth graders will enjoy an energetic, fun-filled Children’s service.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and "be anonymous" for a while- and that's fine with us! We invite you to come be treated like family and see if this is the right church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?
You'll find everything from casual clothes to business casual at our Weekend Service. Come as you are and wear clothing that is comfortable for you, because Auburn Fellowship is not about what you look like or what you wear.

Where are you located?
We are located due north of Auburn University at 1400 North College St. Auburn, AL 36830  Map

What about my children?
At Auburn Fellowship your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe and staffed with loving workers. We offer dynamic preschool and children's ministry as well as life-changing ministry to students from sixth through twelfth grade.

How can I meet others and get connected?
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our Next Steps classes. Life Groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can strengthen your faith and build new friendships.

How can I be discipled and grow?
Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Next Steps offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to say YES to Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will partner with you to reach the potential God has planned for your life. Be sure to begin Next Steps after our second service.

Why do you have small groups?
We call our small groups “Life Groups” because doing life together is an important part of Auburn Fellowship; in fact, you haven't fully experienced the church until you've experienced our Life Groups. They allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will further your relationship with God. As Auburn Fellowship grows larger, Life Groups allow us to stay connected in community.  Life Groups are available for all ages and interests- there's bound to be one that's just right for you.
